This page is for Check by Phone Orders Only. When you place  a check order using this  form. It  will be sent as an email directly to me. (Or you can print it out and fax it to the fax number at the end of this form.)  I will then  call you to get the bank details. You will only be speaking to me.

This is not a shopping cart form. So you will need to type in each item, price and so forth and entering everything manually. They tell me a shopping cart is in the works. But in the meantime you will need to enter this information  by hand.

To make a Credit Card purchase. Please use the regular shopping cart links listed under each item. CCNow does not accept checks. I'm sorry for any trouble this causes. I hope to change this in the future.
