Hill Tater Soup 

1 large onion
6 large potatoes
1 can cream
salt
pepper
1 tablespoon butter

Chop onion and fry it in the butter till it is starting to brown. Peel and cut potatoes into small bite size pieces. Put potatoes in pot and cover with water. Cook till tender. Drain water, then add cream, onions, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and set off heat.
