Spicy Grit Sauce

Grits, 1/2lb. Ground lamb, , 2 cups water,1-lg. roasted green chili, chopped, 1/2 med. onion, chopped, 2 garlic cloves, chopped, dash of Worcestershire sauce, 2 tables. cornstarch. To make chili sauce, brown lamb, add all ingredients except corn starch & 1/4 cup of the water. Bring to a boil, then simmer 15 minutes. Add cornstarch (mixed with water) Stir up good & cook 10 minutes more. Serve HOT over Grits. (Make enough extra thick grits for 6 servings)
