Hot Fruit Compote ![]()
1-8oz can blueberries, drained
1-8oz can peaches, drained
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup dried cranberries
Cinnamon & Nutmeg ( 1 tsp each)
1 cup apple cider & 1/4 cup brown sugar
Heat cider to simmering, add brown sugar, spices & fruits. Turn heat up to medium and cook until cranberries are tender. Pour mixture on flapjacks or yummy fried bread (See my previous recipe) Serves 4Submitted By: Cindy Merrill
