Lamb Scrabble 

1 pound ground lamb
3 tablespoons oat bran
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 eggs or 1/2 cup egg beaters
Italian seasoning-1 tsp.
dash of pepper 

(Onion powder or flakes, optional- 1 tsp- or My hubby likes Cumin in his)

Scrabble up all ingredients-mix vigorously. Now, you can fry this in a skillet over a campfire until done- or you can bake it meatloaf style 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot with ketchup or a spicy BBQ sauce. Makes a hearty meal for 2.
