Southern Stuffed Goose

1-10-12 pd. Goose
3 cups cubed cornbread muffins
3/4 cup roasted pecans
3/4 cup golden raisins
1/3 cup orange juice
1 stick of butter, melted
2 cups regular stuffing mix

Combine all dry ingredients of stuffing, stir in orange juice & butter.
Lightly stuff inside goose, & bake goose according to size, basting every 25 minutes. Serves 6 generously.
