Lucky Duck Bulkies ![]()
6 Whole wheat Bulky rolls
6 thick slices of cooked Duck
6 slices mild cheddar
12 slices of tomato
2 large onions
In huge skillet, fry onion in duck grease until tender, add Duck slices, cook 5 minutes & add tomatoes. Place a cheese slice on 6 bulky halfs, top with hot duck, onion & tomato. Serve up at once. (Feeds 6)
