Yummy Spiced

4 cups flour
1 packet of dried yeast
2 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp.each: All spice & nutmeg
1tsp. dried ginger
Mix yeast with warm water as directed on packet. Blend dry ingredients together,slowly add skim milk until consistancy of thick dough. Add yeast .Stir until mixed in. Keep at room temperature for 1 hour. Fry dough cakes in your choice of oil, until golden brown & done in the middle. I top mine with maple syrup.
