Party OJ

8 large thick skinned oranges
1 Quart (or more) of Orange Sherbet
16 orange candy segments (I like the gels, but you can use orange flavored chocolate pieces instead if you like)
CAREFULLY slice tops off of oranges and hollow out the innards with a citrus scoop or fork. Place one piece of candy in each orange, add enough sherbet to almost (not quite) fill up the orange. Add a few chunks of fresh orange & another piece of candy on top for garnish. Serves 8
