Mighty Powerful Milkshake

2 nectarines cut up

1/4 cup liquid egg beaters

2 tablespoons oat bran

 1 heaping tablespoon raspberry jam

 1 1/2 cup low-fat milk

Put all ingredients in blender, puree until frothy. Great for breakfast, but also good as a midday snack. Serves 2
