Apple Cranberry Turn Overs

4 cups peeled & chopped apples
2 cups dried cranberries
2 cups chopped walnuts
1 cup brown sugar
1 pkg. ready made pie crust


Slice each pie crust circle in half Evenly distribute first 3 ingredients, add 1/4 cup brown sugar per pastry.
gently fold over edges of pie crusts until filling is enclosed. Bake on flat cookie sheet 350 degrees 45-55 minutes or until crust is light brown. Serve with frozen yogurt or ice cream. Feeds 4
