Mops

[2] Six Packs of Miller Genuine Draft (use bottles ONLY). One on ice, the other one don't much matter I reckon.

[1] Quart cheap vinegar. Better to scrimp on the vinegar than on the beer. Don't Y'all think?

[1] Small bottle of D.L. Jardines Hot Sauce or your favorite brand if you must.

[1] Large head of garlic, peel & finely mince.

1/4 Oz Can black pepper.

[1] Small Jar of French's Mustard.

[6] dried jalapeno peppers (crushed).

[1] Pound butter (melted). I mean real butter, not margarine.

[1] More 6 Pack of Miller Genuine Draft (on ice).

[1] Side of Beef or one big Ol' Pig.

[2] young'uns with fly swatters on rotating shifts.

[2] 50 Lb Bags Mesquite or Pecan Chips, soaked in water overnight.

Throw it all together & "Mop" as you go.
