Pecan Pie

3 Eggs

3/4 Cup Sugar

3/4 Cup of White Corn Syrup

Dash of Salt

1/4 Cup melted butter or Margerin

1 Teaspoon Vanilla

1 Cup of Pecans

Unbaked 9 Inch Pie Crust

Beat eggs thoroughly; add sugar, syrup and salt and mix well. Put pecans in bottom of pie shell. Pour mixture over  nuts. Bake at 400F. for 10 mins; lower temp. to 300F and cook 35 minutes longer. If you like pecan pie, but find it too rich you will love this recipe. Very good but not overly sweet. Very easy, my family begs me to never change this recipe.
