Cowboy Brisket

4-5 lb. brisket
5 cloves garlic, peeled & crushed
1 jar chili sauce
1 cup beer



Place all in foil bag and put in oven at 250 for 5 hours.  OR

cut chili sauce & beer by 1/2 and place in crock pot on low for 12-14 hours. 

The sauce is great over mashed potatoes.
