Cheesy Cauliflower

It sounds a little weird...but wait till you taste it...simple too!

1 large head of cauliflower

Bowl in large pot until tender...remove carefully and place in microwaveable container (drained)...Mix equal parts of mayonaise and yellow mustard (I usually use 1/2 cup each, but depends on the size of the cauliflower) Spread Heavily across entire head. Then take 1-2 Cups of grated Cheddar Cheese and Spread across head of cauliflower (tap gentle so it sticks all around)...Melt in microwave until all cheese is melted and slightly brown...Enjoy!
