BBQ Frog Legs ![]()
24 to 32 small frogs legs
1 cup beer
6 garlic cloves, smashed and finely chopped
2 tbsp. Honey
¼ cup chili sauce
few drops of Tabasco sauce
salt & fresh ground pepper
Mix ingredients together and pour over frog legs. Marinate for 2 hours in refrigerator. Preheat barbecue at medium. Oil grill. Remove frog legs from marinade and wrap bony end of legs in pieces of aluminum foil to prevent charring. Place frog legs on grill and cover. Cook 12 minutes or according to size. Baste frequently and turn legs over 2 or 3 times during cooking. Serve with lemon slices.Submitted by: Linda Chaput
