Easy Grill

4- large baking potatoes
4- carrots
1-large or 2 medium onions
Wash potatoes and carrots, slice 1/4 inch thick crosswise. Peel and slice onions.season with salt, pepper,and seasoning salt. For spicy spuds sprinkle with chili powder. Dot with several chunks of butter or a couple of tsp of bacon grease. Wrap in aluminum foil to make a packet, wrap a second time in the opposite direction to seal packet. I prefer to wrap several small ones so each person has their own. Place on grill and let cook for about 20 minutes. Open carefully as they are hot and steamy fresh off the grill. They are really great with a nice thick steak.
