Bar-B-Que Ribs

 

2-3 slabs ribs cut in serving size pieces.
3 or 4 onions peeled and cut in half.
3 or 4 whole carrots
3 or 4 stalks celery
Black pepper


Wash veggies put in bottom of large roaster  pepper both sides of ribs place on top of vegetables.  DO NOT SALT.
Cover with foil or lid  roast in 350 oven about 2-21/2 hours. remove from pan place in large clean bowl cover with favorite BBQ sauce (KC MASTERPIECE is our favorite).
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Heat on your grill or use microwave (discard pan drippings and cooked veggies)
