Macaroni Salad

2 cups macaroni noodles
1 1/2 cups celery, sliced
1/2 cup onion, diced
2 t. parsley
1 cup+ mayo
2 t. vinegar
2 t. mustard
1/2 t. celery seed
1/2 t. salt
1/2 cup frozen peas
2 hard boiled eggs
3/4 to 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded


Cook macaroni as directed on package. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate.
